The construction of a navy storm frigate began. The Miecznik program enters the new phase

“Smoking of sheets” that took place in Gdynia is a symbolic beginning of the frigate for the Polish Navy under the Miecznik program. Baltic protection against Russians is a key and very difficult task for safety.

The Miecznik program assumes the construction of three frigates. They will replace two rocket frigates obtained from Americans. They were built in the late seventies, they have their years, but without them it would be difficult to take care of the safety of the Baltic.

Why is the Baltic Sea so important?
