The former head of the Government Strategic Reserve Agency Michał K. will remain in custody in London – the court informed. The full amount of the deposit was not received. Another meeting on custody for K. was designated for February 12.
The former head of RARS heard in August allegations of participation in an organized criminal group, failure to comply with duties and exceeding the rights to achieve financial benefits.
At the beginning of September, Michał K. was detained in London. Poland then turned to its extradition. Currently, the British magistrate court is conducting proceedings in this case.
