Wisła Kraków's supporter died from the machete or hatchets in the head, and the perpetrator was the hooligan of the competitive football team of Cracovia – believes the national prosecutor's office. Journalists of “Superwizjer” learned that an indictment against 45-year-old Krzysztof S. nicknamed Ruda was sent to the Krakow court.
It was January 2008. “Festival of War” lasted in Krakow between the supporters of two football teams of Wisła and Cracovia. 25-year-old Krzysztof S. went to the “collection” of Cracovia militias. They were to consider how to react to the prior beating of their colleague by the hooligans of the Vistula.
Standing at the traffic lights, a young man noticed Mazda, which was driven by the fans of the competitive team. He immediately informed his colleagues, and they got into the cars. Mazda was noticed at the Krakow estate “at the airport” near the gym. There was also a cavalcade of cars filled with Cracovia militants.
Everything went instantly. The car in which Wisła supporters sat was blocked by Cracovia supporters. Armed with wooden sticks, machetes and axes, men jumped out of vehicles. Surprised Wisła escaped, abandoning the vehicle. The attackers from the Cracovia militias threw in the pursuit of them. In total, a dozen to even more than twenty people.

The Mazda Wisła, Łukasz W. Sitting in the back seat, did not manage to escape the car because the door blocked. When he opened it, Krzysztof S. was waiting for him, nicknamed Rudy armed with an ax or machete – according to the findings of the investigation.
Fatal blows dropped, which were to be seen by Cracovia's members returning from Pogoń, referred to as “Jude Gang”. The whole event lasted a few minutes and the attackers got into the cars and escaped, leaving Łukasz W.
Interrupted collusion of silence
Participants of these events remained silent for several years, and the case remained unsolved. In 2020, the Krakow branch of the National Prosecutor's Office issued an order to detain Rudy. The reason was his relationship with the criminal group dealing with drug smuggling with Spain On a wholesale scale. The smuggling value was estimated at 15 tons of marijuana worth PLN 440 million.
The Spanish police cooperating with Poles tracked Łukasz W. and other group members staying in the Alicante region. The entire planned operation had to be accelerated because there was a distance, and the group members had a list of people intended for detention and knew the approximate date of detention planned in Poland and Spain.
Three people slipped out of the Spanish police, including Krzysztof S. nicknamed Rudy. Three years later he was detained in Great Britain and handed over to Poles.
At that time, Paweł M., nickname Misiek, the leader of Sharks, the Wisła militia, who went to full cooperation with the prosecutor's office, interrupted around the death of the Vistula supporter. After him, others joined who described the course of the incident from January 2008.
Krzysztof S. pleaded not guilty. He will be responsible for drug offenses and murder before the Krakow court.
