He recalled that according to the Electoral Code, financial benefits accepted by the election committee in violation of the provisions of the code are subject to forfeiture to the State Treasury. – The resolution of the National Electoral Commission is the enforcement title of forfeiture, therefore, if this benefit is to be forfeited, it must be specified down to the last zÅ‚oty – Kalisz said.
– Will we finish today? Nothing can be ruled out. Please remember that if we make a mistake by a zloty, the chamber that we all know will consider the appeal, if of course there is a negative decision, will immediately question that we made a mistake in the calculations, right? And I want everything to be precise and have no flaws – he added.
