Will hunters have unlimited power? Will they shoot in the field and in the way they designate themselves? Will the Polish Hunting Association lose the supervision of the Ministry of the Environment? There are several people in PSL who apparently would like it. That is why there is a bill, and in it the provisions from which the eyes open wide.
They feel in the forests and in the fields at home. They hunt for everything that moves for their own, although what summer or swims is our state -state. And they would also like to break free and independent of the Polish Hunting Association from the supervision of the Ministry of Climate and the Environment.
– He will accept his right for himself, on the basis of which he will go into a public area, kill hundreds of thousands of animals, walks with firearms among people and the law that will apply, he will be the one who will establish himself internally – commented Karolina Kuszlewicz, a lawyer from the office on the Vistula.
The face of this idea is MP PSL Urszula Pasławska, who ensures that it is only about the right to self -government.
– Because it is not right for an organization that is self -financing and finances from its own contributions, must have to be responsible for decisions here just the ministry – said Pasławska.
What arguments do the authors of the idea have?
The draft law, which gives monopolist on the hunting market self -control, is only in the parliamentary commission, and already raises emotions like a navy blue in the fire.

MP Pasławska claims that it is primarily about restoring the status of PZŁ from the change of provisions introduced in 2018 by PiS.
