Conditional agreement with “Oxford company”

The fact that Grupa Żywiec signed a conditional agreement regarding the sale of shares in the company controlling the assets of the Leżajsk Brewery with the Mycofeast company was announced at the beginning of April this year by Krzysztof Sobejko, mayor of the Leżajsk commune.

He added that the finalization of the transaction requires the consent of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
