According to the latest study, the labor market monitor employees' fears of employment loss remain at a low level – only 8 percent feel a high risk. respondents. A quarter of the respondents (26 percent) estimated that there is no such risk.

Randstad announced that in 2024 the percentage of employees who received a raise was similar to 2023. However, he noted that they were lower last year. Randstad labor monitor survey has been implemented since 2010 among those working at least 24 hours a week, employed under an employment contract, civil law contracts, self-employed (if they have a permanent contract for the provision of services to one company) at the age of 18-64.
