Small cages, walking on metal bars and conditions that do not allow meeting even the minimum needs specific to the species – this is the picture from two Polish rabbit farms revealed as part of the investigation. Keeping rabbits bred for meat in cramped cages is still legal, but according to non-governmental organizations, it's time to end such conditions for animals.
