The well -known chef and juror “Masterchef” Tomasz Jakubiak is dead.

“Beloved dad, husband, chef and a man whose heart was beating for others – at home, at the table, in everyday life. His departure left a void, which cannot be described in words. The family asks for full respect for privacy and peace in this extremely difficult time” – wrote on the profile of a well -known chef.

Tomasz Jakubiak, a chef known for programs such as “MasterChef” and “MasterChef Junior” informed that he was suffering from a rare cancer in September 2024. Since then, he has repeatedly talked about the course of treatment, among others through his social media profiles.

In December last year, the chef went to Israel, where he underwent treatment at the Jerusalem hospital. – Thanks to you, donors, we can afford to try to treat – he said shortly before leaving. In mid -January he posted a film in social media, in which he told, among others, How treatment is. – I am in the hospital for the second month, I have never been in my hospital in my life. But fortunately it's a bit as at home, so you can relax – said Jakubiak.
