In Toruń, the camera of one of the drivers registered another driver who broke traffic rules. The driver was waiting to raise the dam at the railroad crossing. He was apparently upset by the reaction of the car preceding him, because he overtook him with impetus, then inhibiting him, hindered the correct driving. Moving on the middle of the road, he performed strange maneuvers.

The incident occurred at the beginning of March at Polna Street in Toruń. Policemen received a recording for the “Road Aggression Stop” mailbox.

– He went down to the opposite lane, then returned, without signaling the start and end of the maneuver. The recording shows that with his behavior he specially hinders another driver. He not only broke the rules, but showed a lack of culture on the road – said staff aspirant Izabela Lewicka -Waszak from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz.

Policemen conduct activities aimed at determining the driver's identity.

This behavior is threatened with a fine of not lower than five hundred zlotys and eight penalty points.
