Information about the apartments purchased by the family of the Ukrainian MP was revealed by journalists from Kanal24 television. Their investigation shows that the politician's daughter – 22-year-old Polina Kasaj – in April 2022, i.e. after the Russian invasion, it acquired two-room property in the Dubai Gate 2 complex worth 310 thousand dollars (PLN 1.274 million – ed.).
At the same time, her cousin – 25-year-old Ołeksandr Kasaj – purchased an apartment in the Studio One skyscraper for just over 202 thousand dollars (PLN 830,000 – ed.), and then invested in two more for the total amount 770 thousand dollars (PLN 3.165 million – ed.).

The station's reporters asked Gennadija Kasaja to provide the source of money with which his relatives bought the apartments. The MP only said that both the daughter and the nephew were there “independent persons” and make their own financial decisions without consulting him.
However, official data indicate that the income of the MP's relatives would not allow them to purchase real estate in Dubai – Polina Kasaj's profit has been in the last three years three million hryvnia (less than PLN 300,000 – ed.). Oleksandr Kasaj's earnings are also said to be disproportionate to his expenses.
The 22-year-old is supposed to work as senior manager in the Ukrainian-Israeli mission of medical volunteers, and is also registered sole proprietorship businesswhich deals with data processing. However, the 25-year-old is supposed to earn money through his business in the sports and aviation industry. The deputy's daughter also receives money from renting apartments 23 thousand dollars per year (PLN 94,000 – ed.), and her cousin 65 thousand dollars per year (PLN 267,000 – ed.).

All this ensures a high level of comfort that attracts elite buyers from around the world” – we read on the Kanal24 television website. During the war, Kasaj also allegedly purchased several vehicles for a sum 5.5 million UAH (about PLN 550,000 – ed.).
