> Two people were killed and 15 injured in a rocket attack by Russian troops on the southern city of Zaporozhye Ukraine – said the head of the Zaporozhye Oblast authorities, Ivan Fedorov. According to the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, the Russian army carried out a rocket attack on a residential area in Zaporozhye on Monday, including a kindergarten.
> Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea called the Russian ambassador in Seoul, Georgi Zinoviev. This is an expression of protest against being sent to Russia North Korean soldiers.
