US Presidential Election 2024. When?
2024 Presidential Elections in United States will take place on November 5th. Votes can be cast until 7:00 PM local time, when polling stations close. Votes are counted immediately after polling stations close.
The new president of the United States, chosen by the electors, will be sworn in only January 20, 2025.

United States Electoral College is a constitutional state body that elects the president and vice president of the United StatesThe choice is made every four years, i.e. in every presidential election, and each state has specified number of electors.
There are 538 electors in the entire United States.. This number has been in effect since 1964 and is equal to the number of Congressmen plus three representatives from the District of Columbia.
