Donald Trump, the Republican candidate for US president, declared that he is “much healthier than Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden, but especially Kamala” Harris and assessed that the Democratic candidate's seasonal allergies and hives are serious illnesses. He commented on the demands to publish a report on his health before the November presidential elections.
“I had more medical examinations than any other president in history and passed two cognitive tests (the doctor said my 'cognitive tests were exceptional!'). I am much healthier than Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden, but especially Kamala,” he wrote Trump in an entry published after midnight on his social networking site TRUTH Social.
He assessed that the health report recently published by his rival was “not good”, pointing to the mention of hives, allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis from which Harris suffers.
“This is a very nasty and dangerous situation. These are deeply serious illnesses that obviously affect her functioning,” he wrote. He added that he did not intend to publish his research because he did not have time for it.
Trump responded in this way to suggestions by Harris and her staff that the 78-year-old Republican candidate is hiding his health problems and that his health is deteriorating. Trump previously called Harris “mentally retarded” and retarded.
The former president posted his tweets after a rally at the Oaks in suburban Philadelphia, where after about 30 minutes of answering questions from supporters – and after two of them fainted – Trump first ordered “Ave Maria” to be played and later announced that there would be no more questions and ordered his favorite music hits to be played.
Trump danced and swayed on stage to the music for the next 30 minutes.
Harris Staff: Trump looks lost
Harris' staff treated the incident as further evidence of Trump's deteriorating health.
“Trump appears lost, disoriented and frozen on stage as songs play for over 30 minutes and the crowd leaves the venue early,” the Harris campaign's X platform account reads.
The Democratic candidate herself added: “I hope he's okay.”
Trump said he decided to play the music because the question-and-answer session “was almost over when people started fainting from the excitement and the heat. We started playing music while we waited and then we kept playing.” “It was different, but in the end it turned out to be a great evening,” he commented.
