US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday that after talks at Riyadh, the United States has a fundamental concept of suspending weapons in the Black Sea, but still analyzing the Russian list of conditions. Rubio noticed that some of the Kremlin's demands concern the sanctions of the European Union. The Secretary of State also suggested that Russia only presented its demands after the talks.
– First of all, we have a more detailed definition of what the suspension of weapons in the energy sector means. Secondly, we have a fundamental concept of suspending weapons in the Black Sea – said the Secretary of State USA Marco Rubio during a visit to Jamaica.

Rubio: We analyze Russian truce demands
