The Russians attacked the city of sums in the northeast of Ukraine. There are over 70 people, including 13 children. Local authorities have notified that the school and hospital were damaged, among others. “Instead of making empty declarations about peace, Russia must stop bombing our cities and end the war with civilians,” wrote the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiha.
The attack took place on Monday around 2pm local time (13 in Poland). “According to the Health Protection Department, 74 people are currently injured, including 13 children,” said the City Council on Monday. Earlier, 24 wounded adults and four children were reported.

The head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiha reacted to the attack. “Moscow talks about peace, conducting brutal attacks on densely populated residential areas in the largest cities of Ukraine. A few hours ago, as a result of another terrible Russian bombing of the Sum center, several dozen civilians were injured, including many children” – he wrote on Platform X.
“Instead of making empty declarations about peace, Russia must stop bombing our cities and end the war with civilians. All diplomatic activities against Moscow must be supported by firepower, sanctions and pressure” – emphasized Sibiha.
– The enemy hit the city center. Several housing blocks suffered, school. The children were in the shelter, they were evacuated, everyone is alive and healthy – reported the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Wołodymyr Artiuch.
Artyom Kobzar, acting as a sum of sum, explained that the purpose of the attack was an industrial object, but other buildings also suffered.
“Today the enemy attacked the industrial facility. The residential sector and city infrastructure facilities, including children's facilities and the hospital, have been damaged. There are news about 24 adults and 4 children. All rescue services work at the scene” – he wrote earlier on a telegram.
