“There were no casualties as a result of the attack. Rescue services immediately went to the place where the debris fell,” Rostov Governor Vasily Golubev said on social media.
There are recordings from the scene of the attack circulating in the Russian media, clouds of smoke rising over the Millerowo military airport.
Local authorities claim that during the night and morning attacks they managed to shoot down 26 drones.
