The attack on sums using two Ballistic missiles was carried out by Russian units of 112 and 448 Rocket Brigades – the head of Ukrainian military intelligence Kyryło Budanow. The Russians hit the city on Palm Sunday.
“It is already known that the criminal attack on sums with two ballistic missiles Iskander-M/KN-23 was carried out by Russian subunits 112 and 448. Rocket brigade from the territory of the Voroneński District (Liski) and Kurski (LEZENNI) State-Agresist”-wrote on Kyryło Budanov.
The head of Ukrainian intelligence announced that the attack was another war crime of Russia, committed on Palm Sunday when people visited services in churches.
“This is another proof of the ungodliness of the disgusting and cursed Moscow,” said Budanov. “Our common task is to make no war criminal – from those who gave orders, to those who fired rockets – did not avoid punishment” – he added.

Attack on sums. They came back from the church
On Sunday around 10.15 Ukrainian time (9.15 in Poland) in Kiev, the eastern and northern circuits, an air alarm was announced. The Ukrainian air forces warned against the threat to the use of ballistic weapons fired in the Kurski region in Russia.
Later, the Air Force informed about the detection of flying missiles towards the summary circuit. Then there were reports of explosions in sums.
The head of the Sumski District authorities Wołodymyr Atriuch said that most of the fatalities were passengers of the trolleybus who returned from the service at the church.
There are two children among the 32 fatalities of the attack. The number of wounded – as reported around 3pm (at 2pm in Poland) of the State Service of Ukraine for extraordinary situations – increased to 99.
