The capital's road construction workers have completed the first stage of milling the Wisłostrada road between the Śląsko-Dąbrowski and Gdański bridges. Further work is scheduled for mid-November.
“Works on replacing the surface along the Gdańsk Coast started on Friday late evening and ended on Monday morning. At that time, a new surface appeared on the middle and right lane of the eastern road between the Śląsko-Dąbrowski and Gdański bridges. After the holes and unevenness, there were no “There is no trace there anymore,” the Municipal Roads Authority said in a statement.
Road workers emphasize that this was only the first stage of milling on this section. “On the weekend of November 16-17, we will return there to finish replacing the surface so that the new one covers the entire width of the road,” they noted.
Milling of Wisłostrada is another such weekend work carried out in October. Last weekend, road workers will move to Trasa Łazienkowska, where they recently completed the first stage of milling the surface of the southern road between the “Rozbrat” stop and the Czerniakowska exit.
