SKM trains at the Warszawa Anin stop, on the Warszawa Wawer – Warszawa Falenica section, are exposed to traffic disruptions for all carriers – informs Szybka Kolej Miejska in Warsaw. It is related to a man's accident at the station. The person was taken to hospital. Trains move on one track.
Due to the accident, SKM trains on line S1 in both directions may be delayed up to approximately 60 minutes.
“In addition, the SKM train of line S1:
– No. 99212/3 from Pruszków station (departure at 7:29) to Otwock station was canceled on the Warszawa Anin – Otwock section,
– No. 99214/5 from Pruszków station (departure at 7:59) to Otwock station was canceled on the Warszawa Wschodnia – Otwock section,
– No. 99320/1 from Otwock station (departure at 9:17) to Pruszków station was canceled throughout the relationship,
– No. 99322/3 from Otwock station (departure at 9:44) to Pruszków station was canceled on the Otwock – Warszawa Wschodnia section,” we read in the SKM announcement.
When asked about the difficulties, Karol Jakubowski from the press team of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe reassured that there was no interruption in train traffic. – Around 8.20 a person was hit by the track near the Anin stop. The person was taken to hospital. Trains run on one track. We are ready to launch the second track when the services finish their activities, he emphasized.
