Due to the reconstruction works of the Warszawa Zachodnia station, on two consecutive weekends, January 11-12 and January 18-19, train traffic restrictions will be introduced on the WKD railway line and a special timetable will apply – informed the Warsaw Commuter Railway.
“On the weekends of January 11-12 and 18-19, finishing works will be carried out in the area of WKD platform No. 1 at the Warszawa Zachodnia station. Single-use WKD tickets must be validated in advance on a WKD train/mobile machine or activated in the mobile application or online WKD ticket sales system. If a passenger starts the journey in a ZTM vehicle, he or she should manually validate the ticket in advance, i.e. enter the date, hour and minute of the start of the journey in the space intended for the validator's print. This should be done in a permanent way (e.g. with a pen) in the format dd.mm.yyyy, hh:mm.
