Warsaw. Difficulties on the first metro line. Two stations closed

Passengers traveling on the first metro line must take into account difficulties. Trains run in two loops: Młociny-Słodowiec and Kabaty-Dworzec Gdański. Replacement communication has been launched.

Due to technical reasons, the metro line M1 runs on routes: Młociny<>Słodowiec and Kabaty<>Dw.Gdański.

Stations were closed to traffic Plac Wilsona and Marymont.

There was a failure of traffic control devices at the Plac Wilsona station, said Anna Bartoń, spokeswoman for the Warsaw Metro. Technicians arrived on site and are working to repair the failure.

Replacement communication activated

According to the Public Transport Authority, a bus line has been launched From “ZA METRO” running on the route: Metro Słodowiec 03 – Żeromskiego – Słowackiego – Mickiewicza – Andersa – Dw.Gdański 01 – Stawki – Andersa – Dw.Gdański 02 – Mickiewicza – Słowackiego – Żeromskiego – Metro Słodowiec 04.

On the section between bus stops Dw.Gdański <>Metro Słodowiec please use the tram line 6 and a bus line 116.

On the section between bus stops Dw.Gdański<>Metro Marymont please use the bus line 518.

On the section between bus stops Dw.Gdański<>Pl.Wilson please use the tram line 15 and bus line 157.
