Several dozen firefighters extinguished a fire that broke out on Sunday in a closed educational center for girls in the capital Falenica. About 30 residents were evacuated from the facility, including young mothers with children. Deputy Minister of Justice Maria Ejchart said that no one was hurt in the incident.
The center where the fire broke out housed girls aged up to 19. As tvnwarszawa.pl reporter Artur Węgrzynowicz found out, the fire appeared in the space between the ceiling and the roof – in the place where the electrical installation is located.
Dozens of firefighters took part in the firefighting operation, which ended on Sunday evening. They used two special lifts. As Węgrzynowicz said, the officers had to carry out demolition work on the burned part of the attic.

No injuries
As our reporter reported, a total of about 30 residents were evacuated from the center. With police escort, they were transported by two special public transport buses to the center in Mrozy near Mińsk Mazowiecki.
