A 22-year-old fell into the hands of the police. He heard the allegation of a false notification of a threat. According to the police, he called 112 with information about the bomb in the hospital, clinic and bus.
The information provided on the phone about a bomb planted in a hospital in Targówek on Thursday, April 22, caused the immediate action of the staff of the facility and services. Policemen appeared on the spot. The hospital area and entrances to it were secured. “The facility was inspected by pyrotechnics and a guide with a dog. Policemen found no explosives or pyrotechnic materials, excluded any threat of explosions,” she informed nadkom. Paulina Onyszko from the Warsaw VI Police District Headquarters.
The police did not stop there. Detailed findings led them to one of the men staying to SOR. As they determined, he informed about the alleged bomb. Information about a man went to all prevention and criminal officers. The uniforms started searching.

“He explained that he was dissatisfied with staff service”
Around 18.30, policemen detained a 22-year-old near Kiev Street. “They secured his mobile phone. The young man admitted that he called the hospital and informed about the bomb. He explained that he was dissatisfied with the staff service,” said Onyszko.
Policemen working on this matter gathered extensive evidence. “In the course of the activities performed, they obtained information that the man two hours after calling a false alarm in the hospital in Targówek, he also made the same phone call to one of the non -public health clinics in Ursus. The staff of the facility ordered the evacuation of employees and patients. Fortunately, the threat was quickly excluded” – added Onyszko.

Allegations and arrest
Policemen led the detained 22-year-old to the Warsaw Praga Praga District Prosecutor's Office, and she initiated an investigation. There, the man was charged with a false notification of a threat, for which he faces a penalty of 2 to 15 years imprisonment. “The irresponsible behavior of the man could have been tragic for patients of health facilities,” the police emphasized.
However, this is not over. “A week later, on May 1, before 4pm, the man, traveling by city bus, called the emergency number 112, shouting that in the vehicle he is moving, a bomb was planted. Policemen from Białołęka stopped him. This time information about the bomb, as it turned out, was also false” – Onzyszko clarified.

The man again went to the District Prosecutor's Office of Warsaw Praga Północ, where he heard another complaint. The court granted the prosecutor's request and temporarily arrested the 22-year-old for three months. He faces a penalty of up to 15 years imprisonment.
