The attention of city guards was caught by a car parked on a “envelope”. It turned out that the card entitling to stop was converted and issued to another person.

During Thursday's control of incorrect parking in the Praga-Południe district, just after 13 o'clock, city guards noticed a dark gray Toyota parked on an envelope for a person with a disability. The uniformed attention was drawn to the fact that the parking card was placed in a way that prevents reading the date of its validity.

“The officer remembered that at the beginning of April the same vehicle was parked on a blue envelope, using an expired parking card. The intervention ended with the preparation of the application to the court to punish the manager. This time, when the guard tried to read the expiration date of the card, he noticed that one of the digits was converted” – described the city guard.

In connection with the suspicion of falsifying the document, the police were called. While waiting for policemen, the guards noticed a woman approaching Toyota who admitted that she parked the vehicle on the envelope. The guards asked her to show a card. As they stated, it was closely visible that it was undoubtedly converted, and also exposed to another person.

When the woman learned that the police were going to the place, she became aggressive. “She tried to take the card from the guards and even pull the glass in the police car. The officers had to overpower her,” the city guard added.

“The driver did not improve its situation,” said inspector Dariusz Janczewski from the 7th Local Department cited by the City Guard. – I remember that during the previous intervention you were not so aggressive. She did not only accept the mandate and the case was referred to court. Today's situation may affect his decision – he added.

After arriving at the place, police officers announced that activities would be initiated regarding the counterfeit document. As they announced, regardless of this, the driver will be responsible for a stop on the envelope without the required rights and using someone else's document.
