Long holiday in December: Due to be introduced from next year a free Christmas Eveif we take advantage of vacation days December 22 (Monday) and 23 (Tuesday). and combine them with the day off on the 24th, 25th, 26th and the weekend – we will get as much as a week of vacation. Interestingly, I use the next days off December 29, 30 and 31 and January 2 and 5 – we will extend our winter holidays by another week.
It is also worth remembering these holidays: To take advantage of four days off at Easterwe can take a vacation on Friday April 18 and combine it with the holidays from April 19 to 21. All Saints' Day will fall on a Saturday next year, which means that some employers will be obliged to “give” us a day off, e.g. on Friday October 31st or Monday November 3.
Another long weekend is also possible: If we want to use only one vacation day to extend our short vacation in 2025, we will also be able to do it, among others: Corpus Christi (Thursday, June 19). When we take a vacation on Friday June 20 and combine it with the weekend, we will gain as much as four days off.
