Atmospheric fronts are moving over eastern and northwestern Poland – tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Arleta Unton-PyzioĹ‚ek reported before 6 p.m. on Sunday. A cold front is located over the eastern part of the country, and an occlusion front (a combination of a cold front and a warm front) over Pomerania. Clouds are billowing on the fronts, and there is local thunder.
Where is the storm
It thunders in the provinces Silesian and Lesser Polandin the area of ​​the cities of Kęty and Andrychów. Storms are heading east, they are weak and moderate. They are accompanied by rainfall of up to 15 liters of water per square meter and wind gusts accelerating to 70-80 kilometers per hour.
At 5:30 p.m. the strongest winds were in: Mikolajki – 90 km/h, in Warsaw and on ĹšnieĹĽka – 79 km/h, KÄ™trzyn, MĹ‚awa – 76 km/h, Olsztyn – 72 km/h, Zamosc, Lublin – 68 km/h, RzeszowSulejow, BiaĹ‚ystok – 65 km/h.
