IMGW has issued first-degree warnings for fog. The alerts are in effect in the northern provinces. Check where visibility will be limited.

IMWM warnings – dense fog
First degree warnings apply in the following provinces:
- Pomeranianoutside the Człuchów and Chojnice counties;
- Warmia-Masuriaoutside the counties of Nowe Miasto, Działdowo and Nidzica;
- Podlasiein the following counties: Suwałki, SuwalkiSejny, Augustów, Sokółka, Mońki, Grajewo, Kolno.
Dense fog is forecast, with visibility in some areas being less than 200 metres. The warnings will be in effect until 9am on Saturday.

What are the first level IMWM warnings?
Conditions are predicted to be conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that may cause material losses and threaten health and life. Conducting business in conditions of exposure to these factors is difficult and dangerous. Expect difficulties resulting from conducting activities in the area of the threat, including delays caused by traffic disruptions, disruptions in the course of outdoor events or the possibility of their cancellation. Caution is recommended, the need to follow messages and the development of the weather situation.
