Zbigniew Ziobro from the parliamentary rostrum criticized Donald Tusk and accused him of breaking the law. From the room, from the mouth of PiS MP Edward Siarka, a shout: “Ball in the head”. The deputy marshal of the Sejm Dorota Niedziela reacted. MEP Krzysztof Brejza (PO) announced that he had sent a notification to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw about the suspicion of committing a crime.

The regulations, parliamentary and immunity matters decided on Thursday to submit a proposal to the Sejm to accept an application for the abolition of immunity to the former Minister of Justice, the Prosecutor General Zbigniew Ziobra and consent to the arrest of him up to 30 days. In the evening, the report was presented in the plenary hall by the head of the Commission Jarosław Urbaniak (KO).

Then Ziobro spoke. During his speech he criticized the prime minister Donald Tusk. He accused him of breaking the law.

“Donald Tusk will go to sit, you'll see,” he said at some point. For these words PiS deputieswho were present in the room, they reacted with applause. There was a shout: “bullet in the head”.

The deputy marshal of the Sejm reacted to this Dorota Sunday. – Does Siarka (Edward) Siarka know that it has been recorded? He referred to the case of two officials of the Ministry of Justice, who were in custody in connection with the investigation of the Justice Fund.

Brejza sent a notification to the prosecutor's office

MEP KO Krzysztof Brejza informed on Platform X that he sent a notification to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw about the suspected crime by Siarka. “There will be no indifference towards such behavior,” he wrote.

He added that he will also send a letter to the PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński about “throwing this man out of the PiS club”. “If he leaves a man threatening the government's prime minister with a” ball in the head “, he will really legitimize such words and will be responsible for the incredibly flowing hatred” – he assessed.
