– At the beginning, when we arrived in Koluszki, people were rather calm. After about three hours of waiting, conductors appeared and handed out water and bars, then disappeared and for the next hours they could not be found to find out anything about the stop or estimated departure time. The loudspeakers also fell silent. There was no information. After some time, some people started to get nervous, which was understandable. One of the gentlemen tried to find the staff and find out how it is possible that we have been unable to obtain literally any information for several hours – she reported.

No communication whatsoever from the train staff

The woman added that all this time, passengers saw other trains running on the tracks nearby. – All of them were traveling normally, but we did not receive any instructions or offers to transfer. Over time, everyone was exhausted and most people simply fell asleep sitting up, but the closer to morning, the noise in the train became louder and the atmosphere became very thick. New passengers also appeared, probably trying to get to work by this train. I saw some information on the Internet that there may have been an accident involving an animal on the route, but we didn't hear or see anything like that, she explained. – I must admit that I am very disgusted with this whole situation, primarily due to the lack of any communication between the train staff and the passengers – she emphasized. We contacted the spokesman for comment PKP Intercity. Maciej Dutkiewicz asked us for an e-mail and assured us that he would respond to the situation as soon as possible.
