A fine of four thousand złoty and ten penalty points – this was the penalty received by a 19-year-old who drove his car into a pond in Krobia (Wielkopolska Province) on Monday evening. In addition to the driver, there were three passengers in the Opel.
Police and fire department intervened on Monday evening in Krobia in Gostyń County. At around 7:30 p.m., a road collision occurred on Miejsko-Górecka Street.

It is known that all the people in the car had evacuated it before the services arrived. The firefighters from OSP JOT Krobia secured the scene and then helped to pull the vehicle out of the pond. The actions on the scene lasted 1.5 hours.
– The police classified the incident as a collision caused by speeding and loss of control over the car. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The driver was sober. He was fined 4 thousand zlotys. He also received ten penalty points – Curyk added.
