The police searched one of the apartments in Ursynów. Their suspicions were confirmed. They reported that the 46-year-old had a significant amount of drugs in it. It also turned out that he had been convicted of similar crimes in the past.
Police officers from Wola determined that there may be drugs in one of the apartments in Ursynów.
“During a search of the 46-year-old's apartment, police officers found plastic bags containing a white substance in the form of a lumpy powder,” Senior Superintendent Marta Sulowska from the Warsaw IV District Police Headquarters said in a statement. The secured substances were sent for further tests, and the man was detained.
Amphetamine and 4-CMC
“As a result of laboratory tests, it turned out that the secured substances were amphetamine and 4-CMC. The man had previously had conflicts with the law and was convicted for similar crimes under the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction,” Sulowska clarified.
After collecting evidence at the Warsaw-Mokotów District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, the suspect was charged with possession of a significant amount of a psychotropic substance while acting under conditions of recidivism.
At the request of the prosecutor, by court decision, the suspect was temporarily arrested for three months. This crime is punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The proceedings are conducted under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office Warsaw-Mokotów in Warsaw.
