The management staff of the four main companies of Zygmunt Solorz-Żak (Cyfrowy Polsat, Telewizja Polsat, Polkomtel, Netia) received a document signed by three kids businessman: Tobias Solorz, Piotr Żak and Aleksandra Żak – “Gazeta Wyborcza” reports. The management staff has been made sensitive to instructions from individuals whose recently acquired powers may raise doubts.
The email is in fact a warning against an attempt to take over Solorz's business by people – according to his children – who are not authorized to do so, and who may harm the business and embroil him politically.

The portal's editorial team has determined that the three children of Zygmunt Solorz-Żak, who issued the document, are in a heated dispute with Justyna Kulka, whom the businessman married in March this year. The extent of the conflict between them is evidenced by the fact that Solorz-Żak's children question the validity of her marriage to Kulka, which was concluded in Liechtenstein. Moreover, in their opinion, it was Justyna Kulka who involved Polsat in the arrangements with PIS and it was she who suggested that presenter Dorota Gawryluk should run as a candidate in the elections.

Justyna Kulka, during a dozen or so months of her relationship with Solorz-Żak, joined the management and supervisory boards of over 30 business companies. This is not without its victims, because the previous managers and the billionaire's children are being dismissed from the management boards. On Tuesday, Polsat Media dismissed Katarzyna Tomczuk from the company's management board. She is a member of Solorz's closest family and plans to issue a statement accusing Justyna Kulka of trying to take over the businessman's empire.
One of the managers in Solorz-Żak's companies told “GW” that he does not see any possibility of ending the conflict for now. The portal's informant says that the businessman's children fear that they will be disinherited.
