War in Ukraine. Russia preferred to sacrifice new equipment. He may have a problem

The first reports indicated that a Russian Su-24 had been shot down. However, the latest video and photos indicate that it is probably an S-70 drone. This could be very bad news for Kremlin. The drone uses stealth solutions used in the latest fighter aircraft MoscowSu-57.

This means that an unmanned aircraft using, among others, stealth technology – it allows the machine to be virtually invisible to radars – it could become prey to the West if its remains are recovered and subjected to detailed analysis. According to experts, the Russian plane could have shot down the S-70 drone for fear of the enemy taking over an intact copy of this machine. However, photos from Ukraine indicate that Kiev's military managed to obtain elements of the Russian drone.

The S-70 Ochotnik is a large-sized drone in the form of a flying wing, which is why it is sometimes referred to as an unmanned aircraft. It has a wingspan of 19 meters and a length of 14 meters. In the starting configuration, its weight is 25 tons, of which nearly three tons may be for armament.
