Statutory assistance for victims
After an additional analysis of the applicable regulations, there was a need for additional changes to the statutory provisions in order to facilitate the provision of assistance to persons and institutions affected by floods.

Its aim is to introduce changes enabling more effective application of this Act and certain other provisions of special acts in connection with the flood of September 2024.
