Antoni Królikowski was sentenced. That's how much he can pay

The tabloid reports that the actor was found guilty. “The accused Antoni Królikowski is found guilty of the alleged act, which qualifies as a misdemeanor, and it is established that he committed the alleged act in the period from August 19, 2022 to January 27, 2023, and on this basis he is sentenced and fines him the amount of 150 daily ratesspecifying the amount of one daily rate at PLN 30. Pursuant to Art. 627 of the Code of Criminal Procedure orders the accused Antoni Królikowski to pay court costs in the amount of PLN 70 and the amount of PLN 450 as a fee” – we read in the judgment published by “Fakt”. The editorial office also contacted the Spokesperson of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. “I kindly inform you that the judgment was actually passed – as attached, the Warsaw-Wola District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw filed an objection to this judgment due to the disproportionality of the imposed penalty,” said prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba. In turn, the ShowNews portal reports that the judgment is not yet final, which means that Królikowski can appeal against it.
