According to three EU diplomats speaking to Politico, European Commission has to propose new regulations regarding the deportation of migrants entering the EU illegally.
According to reports, the project Return Directive it may be sent to the permanent representatives of the member states in February. The proposal will be a priority for the Commission and will take into account the demands Italian i Polish.

According to Politico's findings, it will probably be included in the new directive defining the rights and obligations of migrantswho have exhausted legal options to remain in the EU.
The new law will also specify rules for deporting the mentioned persons to their countries of origin or places where they have lived for a long time.
