Will there be an avalanche of applications? – These are practices that harm the consumer, they exist unfair practiceshould not be allowed – said Maciej Górka, a real estate market expert, in an interview with tvn24.pl. Lawyers expect requests for refunds. – Assuming that such a consumer has to recover funds for approximately two, four, maybe five square meters, and the average price of an apartment per square meter in Warsaw is between PLN 13,000 and PLN 20,000, one claim of such a consumer remains at 40 thousand zlotys – said Katarzyna Walków, legal advisor.
