The Sejm revoked Jarosław Kaczyński's immunity in the case of accusing him of beating up an activist, but not in the case of destroying a wreath during the Smolensk monthly anniversary. In the latter case, apart from PiS, representatives of the Confederation and most members of the PSL and Poland 2050 clubs also voted against the repeal.
On Friday, the Sejm held two votes on Jarosław Kaczyński's immunity. MPs agreed to hold the PiS president criminally liable in connection with activist Zbigniew Komosa accusing him of assault. However, they did not waive the immunity of the PiS president for destroying a wreath during the celebration of the one-month anniversary of the Smolensk disaster.

In the first case, 241 MPs were in favor of lifting the immunity, 206 were against and no one abstained. There were 154 MPs from KO, 31 from Polska 2050-Trzeciej Droga, 30 from PSL-Trzeciej Droga, 20 from the Left, five MPs from Razem and one unaffiliated MP (Adam Gomoła).
185 MPs from PiS, 18 from Confederation and three MPs from the Free Republicans group were against agreeing to waive Kaczyński's immunity.

The majority of the Poland 2050 club is against lifting immunity
In the second vote, 177 MPs voted in favor of lifting Kaczyński's immunity, 268 were against and one MP abstained. 155 MPs from KO, 20 from the Left, one from the Third Way-Poland 2050 (Tomasz Zimoch) and one unaffiliated MP (Adam Gomoła) voted “in favor”.
There were 184 MPs from PiS (Jarosław Kaczyński abstained), 27 from Polski 2050-Trzeciej Droga, 31 from PSL-Trzecia Droga, 18 from Confederation, five MPs from the Razem group and three from the Free Republicans group.
Among the 27 MPs of Poland 2050-Third Way, those who voted against lifting the immunity of the PiS president included Speaker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia, Deputy Minister of National Education Joanna Mucha, Deputy Minister of National Defense Paweł Zalewski and Ryszard Petru, chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Development.
