The cat lived with two people. Until one of them went to prison and the other was evicted. The animal was left in an empty apartment. After a few days, the social worker informed the district officer about this, who took the cat to the shelter.

The animal's guardian had previously been detained to serve a prison sentence, and the person living with him left the apartment after receiving an eviction notice. In this way, the cat was left alone in the apartment, which was informed by a social worker.
