PKO Bank Polski informed its customers via social media that “there are difficulties in logging in to the IKO application”. This is the second day in a row that the app is not working properly.
“There are difficulties logging in to the IKO application. The iPKO transaction service and payment cards work without problems. We are working to make the application available as soon as possible. We apologize,” the bank wrote in a post on Facebook.
Customers have been reporting problems accessing the application on the Downdetector website since 11 a.m.

Problematic application
Importantly, this is the second day in a row of problems with the IKO application. On Monday, December 9, in the afternoon, the bank also reported problems.
An update with information that it had been fixed appeared just after 11 p.m.
