Włodzimierz Czarzasty, deputy speaker of the Sejm and co-chairman of the New Left, has been in hospital for two weeks. The information was confirmed in an interview with tvn24.pl by New Left spokesman Łukasz Michnik, who assured that Czarzasty “is in good shape.”
A spokesman for Nowa Lewica confirmed the information about the stay Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the hospital and expressed hope that “the Marshal will return for the next session of the Sejm.” The chamber's deliberations will begin on December 18.
– He is in good shape, although there comes a moment in each of our lives when we need to take care of our health – said Łukasz Michnik in a telephone interview with tvn24.pl.
