Salaries of Lidl Polska employees will increase again: “In 2025 alone, the company will spend nearly PLN 200 million on raises and creating new jobs,” the retail chain reported. Employees from next year shops they will make money from PLN 5,250 gross to PLN 6,450 gross. After the raises, the salary of warehouse workers will be: from PLN 5,500 gross to PLN 7,200 gross. In turn, store managers can count on remuneration starting from PLN 7,850 gross and an additional company car.
