The help, energy and mission of the Orchestra, which has united many generations of Poles and helped save many lives, is one of the greatest achievements of free Poland and a trademark of what is best in our country.
We do not agree to threats, hate and attempts to destroy the achievements of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, because these are the achievements of each of us. Especially when people and media are behind it and organize collections themselves, but in their own interest, not social interest.

Before each final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, opponents of this great aid campaign become active. Undocumented allegations against both Jerzy Owsiak and the WOŚP finances are back. This year, however, another topic emerged: money for flood victims. We explain how much of these funds have already been spent and on what.

On Wednesday, Owsiak reported threats directed against him. “Very specific threats, including a bomb in the background and the disposal of my person,” he wrote.
