He added that it is unpleasant that Święczkowski, knowing the rules and knowing when the features of a criminal act, “writes such nonsense and notifies law enforcement agencies.”

Śliz noted that it is difficult for him to see any actions of the current power that could be appointed “coup d'état”. He added that this is a very serious accusation.

Ostrowski, who initiated Święczkowski's investigation, has been held as deputy prosecutor general since November 2023. He was appointed by the then prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki (PIS).
