As recalled in 2022, the District Prosecutor's Office in Piotrków Trybunalski registered the notification of Prosecutor Ostrowski about the crime of bringing to an adverse disposal of the property of a significant value committed to his detriment and family members. In this notification – as indicated in the communiqué – Prosecutor Ostrowski also concluded an application for the prosecutor's office to bring an action and securing the claim on the disputed property, on behalf of himself and his family members.
