There was also an explanation for the mistake made. – Not including Karol Świderski on the list may be perceived as a result of disorder. People were irritated by this story, but everyone can see that such things also happen once a decade, e.g. Real Madrid. This is the attraction of scandals in crisis situations. Later, journalists revealed what happened after the match in connection with this strange situation. Football players they did not leave it unreacted and talked to the president of the Polish Football Association about the team manager who did not include Świderski on the list. – A group of football players met with Cezary Kulesza and interceded with Łukasz Gawrjołek – said Tomasz Włodarczyk.
– It wasn't necessary anyway, but they asked that if there was an idea to impose the most brutal consequences, i.e. dismissal, they would vouch for him. Cezary Kulesza took note of this, and Łukasz Gawrjołek may feel better safely. I think this whole situation is the biggest punishment for him – added the journalist.
It seems that the players' reaction is correct, despite the mistake made by the manager. So far, there has been no news from the national team about Gawrjołek's similar mistakes and no one has complained about his work. One mistake could have ended his tenure prematurely, but there is no indication that will happen.
