Biała Podlaska. 10 years in prison for killing a man in the park

A spokesman for the District Court in Lublin informed about the judgment. The court found Cezary K. guilty of murder in a possible intention and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.

The District Prosecutor's Office in Biała Podlaska accused a 19-year-old student of a technical school of killing a man in Zofia Las in July last year. According to investigators, he beat him and kicked his head, torso and oppressed his neck. Then he left lying on the ground without help. As a result of injuries, the man died.

According to investigators, a group of eight young people from Biała Podlaska Piła in the city of alcohol on July 3. After some time, they went to Zofia Las, where they wanted to sit on three benches situated side by side. On one of them they found a sleeping 51-year-old man who invited them to take free places. Then they drank alcohol together and talked on various topics, including about his addiction and lack of acceptance.

The indictment shows that the reason for the accused's aggression was to be the words of the 51-year-old about the late father of the boy, which aroused great emotions and aggression in the 19-year-old. After some time, only Cezary K. and the victim remained on the spot, the rest of the youth went home in the meantime. According to the findings, the misunderstanding between them intensified, the boy became more and more aggressive until he began to beat and kick the man. According to the prosecutor's office, the 19-year-old tried to raise his lying from the ground, but noticed that he was bloody. “He left him because he didn't want him to dirty his clothes” – he was added in the indictment.

According to investigators, a 19-year-old, leaving a seriously beaten and bloody man, “he agreed that he could die.”

The suspect in the prosecutor's office only confessed to beating, not murder. He explained, explaining that the victim lived when he left him at night. The accused was not punished before.

The verdict is unlawful.
