According to the AP News agency, on Friday several airlines canceled flights between Australia and Indonesian, Tourist Island of Bali. In addition, several national connections were delayed.

According to the Ministry of Transport, the local airport in Maumere on the island of Flores, the closest to the volcano, does not record difficulties in connection with the volcanic ash floating in the air.

In November last year there was a powerful eruption of Lewotobi Laki-Laki. At least nine people were killed and thousands were evacuated.
