The 39-year-old called the emergency number, reporting a home row with a partner. On the spot, it turned out that the real reason was not cleaning up the apartment. The woman was fined.

“There are still people who mindlessly and unjustly call for emergency services. An example of such an irresponsible attitude is the behavior of a 39-year-old who, by calling the emergency number, reported the alleged home argument. After arriving at the place, the officers determined that there was no argument, and the situation did not occur. Mandate for the offense

Due to the unfounded call of the patrol, the woman was punished with a fine of PLN 500.

§ 1. If the offense has caused an unnecessary act, you can decide to PLN 1,000.

“In addition to legal and financial consequences, remember that by blocking the emergency phone, we prevent the connection to a person who can really need this help. The involvement of the services for a fictitious notification means that at this time they cannot be in a place where such help is necessary. We ask for prudence when using the emergency number 112” – the police calls.
